Bell Flower Clinic is a public clinic for the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Individuals ages 14 and older are seen Monday through Friday by appointment. Appointments are made by calling the clinic beginning at 8:00 AM on the day you want to be seen. A small number of appointments are available on a walk-in basis on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 7:00 AM.
For those experiencing symptoms (such as burning, itching, rash, or discharge) or who have had a known contact with an STD, a full examination is offered for a $20.00 administration fee. Please provide a picture ID at the time of your appointment. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check or money order payable to the MCPHD. We currently do not accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment. Tests include those for gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis as well as for vaginal and urethral discharges. HIV testing is voluntary but encouraged.
If you have no symptoms and no known exposure to an STD, you can take advantage of our screening service for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and HIV testing without an appointment by walking in during normal clinic hours. There is a $20.00 administration fee for screening services.
A full time Spanish translator is also available by calling 221-8380.
