What to Expect

Full-Service Clinic

If you are having symptoms or have had sex with someone who has an STD, please call 317-221-8300 (option #1) for an appointment at 7 am Monday-Friday on the day you wish to be seen. There are a limited number of full-service appointments available each day.

Visits can take up to 2 hours. A clinician will meet with you to determine what tests are needed. We routinely test for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. If you are diagnosed with an STD you may need a follow-up appointment or to see a DIS (Disease Intervention Specialist) for partner services.

Please call back in 7-10 business days at 317-221-8300 (option #2) for your test results. If your tests come back positive, you can return to the clinic for treatment at no additional fee.

Screening Clinic

If you are not having symptoms and have not had sex with someone with an STD, please call 317-221-8300 (option #1) for an appointment  Monday-Friday. We routinely screen for gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, and syphilis. You will not receive an exam, talk to a clinician, or get same-day medication as a screening patient.

Please call back in 7-10 business days at 317-221-8300 (option #2) for your test results. If your tests come back positive, you can return to the clinic for treatment at no additional fee.

From Michigan Street (Southside) or 10^th Street (Northside) continue to travel on the road until you reach Eskenazi Avenue. Turn onto Eskenazi Avenue, and follow it to Dr. Harvey Middleton Way. Turn onto Dr. Harvey Middleton Way and enter the patient parking garage. The Fifth Third Bank Building is to the left and the Bell Flower Clinic is located on the first floor.

Bus Route

If you are traveling via IndyGO, take the number 10 bus route to get to the clinic. Upon arrival, depart at the Eskenazi Hospital bus stop in front of DUOS restaurant. The clinic is located in the Fifth Third Bank Building on the 1^st Floor.
